Noel graduated from Morehead State University in 1992 has been working in the accounting field ever since. He was licensed as a CPA in 1996 and opened his own private practice in 2003. He is a Quickbooks Proadvisor and is Xero Accounting Certified. He enjoys helping small businesses have a better structure for their business finances and often assists with payroll, strategic planning and organization and automating systems for maximum efficiency. He is a fan of all things “technology” and strives to help clients use technology to increase efficiency in their day to day operations.
Noel is originally from Breathitt County in Eastern Kentucky. He has lived in Harrodsburg since 1994. He is active in his community. He serves on the scholarship committee for the local Rotary club and participates in activities designed to revitalize Main Street.

- Noel met his wife, Susan in High School.
- He is an active leader in his community with the Rotary Club, Harrodsburg First and Harrodsburg 250th Celebration.
- He has a 15 acre farm in rural Kentucky and enjoys gardening.
- He enjoys historic renovation and served on the board of Preservation Kentucky for several years.
- Noel and his family love to travel and are extreme fans of all things Disney. They frequently make several trips a year to Disney.
